1. Delivery
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.
During periods of high demand, dispatch times may be slightly extended.
You will receive tracking updates once your order has been dispatched via our delivery partner.
Complimentary Delivery Complimentary standard delivery is offered on all Australian orders over $250 AUD.
Australia
Standard Delivery — $10
Delivery is estimated at 2–6 working days following dispatch.
Remote areas may take up to 8 working days.
Express Delivery — $15
Delivery is estimated at 1–3 working days following dispatch.
Remote areas may take up to 4 working days.
New Zealand
Standard Delivery — $15 Delivery is estimated at 5–10 working days following dispatch.
Express Delivery — $25 Delivery is estimated at 3–6 working days following dispatch.
International Delivery We are beginning with Australia and New Zealand and will expand thoughtfully from here.
Additional Delivery Information
Orders are prepared and dispatched from Brisbane. As a result, dispatch timelines may be influenced by Queensland public holidays.
Delivery timeframes are provided as a guide and may vary slightly due to demand, seasonal conditions, or events outside of our control.
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes as we begin preparing it for dispatch.

2. Australian Consumer Law (including faulty or defective products)
We do not accept returns for change of mind or other circumstances. However, you may have rights to a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
In Australia, our goods come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Where you return products to us to seek an Australian Consumer Law remedy, you will need to cover any associated costs (for example delivery costs) of returning the products to us.
Where your claim is a valid claim under the Australian Consumer Law, we will refund your return delivery costs and, depending on the failure, either dispatch a replacement product or refund you the price of the relevant product.
